كنفرانس اسلام كه شش سال پیش به ابتكار 'ولفگانگ شویبله' وزیر كشور وقت آلمان و با هدف رسیدگی و حل مشكلات مسلمانان این كشور كه پس از پروتستان ها و كاتولیك ها، سومین گروه جمعیتی را تشكیل می دهندتاسیس شد،

ششمین دوره این نشست ماه گذشته در برلین با حضور نمایندگان نهادهای متعلق به مسلمانان و وزیران داخلی ایالت‌ها برگزار شد.

معاون سخنگوی وزارت كشور آلمان در ادامه گفت و گو، همراهی بهتر و بیشتر زنان و مردان مسلمان در بازار كار آلمان را یكی از محورهایی مهم مورد بررسی در این اجلاس خواند و گفت: در نشستی كه بتازگی با عنوان 'مسلمانان و بازار كار آلمان' برگزار شد،این موضوع بویژه تجربه بكارگیری زنان محجبه مسلمان در مشاغل مورد نیاز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

لورگس با بیان اینكه برای رای یك دادگاه در آلمان بخاطر محروم شدن یك زن محجبه مسلمان از شغل مورد نظرش،غرامت پرداخت شد.

وی به نقل از رییس اداره فدرال آلمان در امور مهاجرت و پناهندگان نیز گفت: جمعبندی ما از شرایط این است كه حجاب و دین، كار را برای اشتغال مسلمانان و دسترسی به بازار كار محدود و مشكل نمی كند، بلكه نگرش موجود در این باره مشكل ساز است كه باید برای اصلاح آن اقدام شود.

این مقام وزارت كشور آلمان درحالی از موفقیت آمیز بودن نشست های سالیانه با گروه های مسلمان سخن می گوید و آن را در برطرف كردن مشكلات موثر ارزیابی می كند كه برگزاری آخرین اجلاس مقامات دولتی با نمایندگان گروه های اسلامی با انتقادهای زیادی نسبت به موضوعات مطرح مواجه شد و گروه های اسلامی بر این نكته تاكید داشتند كه هدف اصلی از برگزاری گردهمایی مغفول ماند.

بسیاری از شركت كنندگان و نمایندگان گروه های اسلامی كه تجربه حضور در نشست های قبلی را داشتند، در انتقاد به موضوعاتی كه از سوی برگزار كنندگان برای بررسی انتخاب می شود، از حضور در نشست امسال خودداری كردند.

معاون سخنگوی وزارت كشور آلمان اما معتقد به فعال بودن نشست های سالیانه كنفرانس اسلامی است و در همین زمینه گفت: جزوات و مقالات مفیدی از این نشست ها درباره همگرایی مسلمانان در بازار كاری اروپا ارائه می شود و با ارائه آن به شركت ها و نهادهای اشتغال زا و دعوت از آنها برای عمل به مفاد آن، از شركت هایی كه در این زمینه موفق عمل كرده و در پیشبرد چند فرهنگی در محل كار و حوزه اشتغال فعال باشند، تقدیر و الگو برداری می شود.

لورگس همچنین مبارزه با اسلام ستیزی و اسلام هراسی را از دیگر مباحث مهمی عنوان كرد كه بطور مرتب در كنفرانس اسلام، بررسی و با تشكیل گروه های كاری و عملیاتی درمورد آن تصمیم گیری شده و اقدامات لازم در دستور كار قرار می گیرد.

این مقام وزارت كشور آلمان در این گفت وگو نیز وعده داد كه در نشست سال آینده كنفرانس اسلامی حتما موضوعات اشاره شده در گزارش سازمان عفو بین الملل مورد بحث قرار خواهد گرفت.

از سوی دیگر قبل از انتشار تازه ترین گزارش سازمان عفو بین الملل، نمایندگان گروه های مسلمان در آلمان از جمله شورای مركزی مسلمانان و همچنین شورای اسلامی سال ها است كه انتقادهای خود را مطرح می كنند.

براساس این انتقادها، مسلمانان در تمامی سطوح و از اولین دوره آموزشی تا انتخاب شغل مورد نظر البته اگر به آن دست یابند، با مشكلات و تبعیض های زیادی مواجهند.

به گفته مسلمانان، بزرگترین مشكل در این زمینه درمورد زنان محجبه است كه برغم برخوداری از توانمندی و تخصص، شانس كمتری برای شغل یابی دارند و این تبعیض و بی عدالتی اجتماعی در شهرهای كوچك و دورافتاده كه مهاجران كمتری حضور دارند به مراتب بیشتر است.

در رابطه با موضوعات دیگری همچون اسلام ستیزی و اسلام هراسی نیز، رهبران جامعه مسلمان آلمان بارها در این نشست ها لب به انتقاد گشوده و با بیان اینكه دولت این مشكل را جدی نمی گیرد، نسبت به ادامه این وضع اعترضات خود را مطرح كرده اند.

اسلام هراسی و مسلمان ستیزی بگونه مشخص در رسانه های افراطی و صهیونیستی آلمان بگونه ای است كه سیاستمداران و رهبران احزاب بویژه حزب حاكم آنگلا مركل از آن در تبلیغات انتخاباتی خود بهره برداری می كنند.

در سال های اخیر همچنین چندین مورد به آتش كشیده شدن مساجد، حمله به مسلمانان و مراكز تجاری آنان در آلمان رخ داده است و این اقدامات اسلام ستیزانه در حالی ادامه دارد كه رهبران جامعه مسلمانان به دفعات خواستار حفاظت فیزیكی از این اماكن شده اند.

با نگاهی دقیق تر به این نشست ها و مباحث مطروحه، تناقض در گفتار و عمل دولتمردان آلمانی در مورد مسلمانان و وضعیت آنان در این كشور آشكارتر می شود، زیرا نه تنها موضوعات امنیتی محور كنفرانس اسلام را تشكیل می دهد بلكه در كنار آن مواردی نیز بگونه تحمیلی مطرح شده است.

به گفته منتقدان، درباره موضوعاتی همچون ازدواج اجباری بین مسلمان ،خشونت در منزل و برابری زن و مرد در این نشست ها بحث می شود در حالیكه حاشیه ای، غیر مهم و بسیار نادر است و در یك نشست سالیانه باید به مسائل مهمتری از جمله، 'تبعیض در بكارگیری مسلمان در مشاغل مهم' و همچنین 'نگاه تبعیض آمیز در آموزشگاه ها و مدارس بین دانش آموزان مسلمان و غیر مسلمان' پرداخته شود.

اوج اختلافات شركت كنندگان و برگزار كنندگان در كنفرانس اسلامی، سال گذشته شكل گرفت كه وزیر كشور آلمان در قالب ارائه پیشنهاد 'مشاركت امنیتی' به مسلمانان، خواستار جاسوسی و افشای اسرار دیگران شدكه با انتقادهای تند گروه های اسلامی روبرو شد.

بسیاری از منتقدان برگزاری این نشست ها با موضوعات و محورهای مورد اشاره، بر این اعتقادند كه پنج دوره قبلی نیز دستاورد ملموسی در بهبود وضعیت مسلمانان و رفع مشكلات اساسی نداشته است و نگاه امنیتی، اجازه توجه به مسائل دیگر اعم از اجتماعی و فرهنگی را به برگزار كنندكان نداده و همچنان تبعیض ها و رفتارهای خشونت آمیز و ناعادلانه با مسلمانان ادامه دارد.

شرایط مسلمانان بگونه ای نامناسب است كه حتی 'كریستیان وولف' رییس جمهوری وقت و هم حزبی صدراعظم كنونی آلمان سال 2010 مجبور شد، بر این نكته تاكید كند كه دین اسلام و مسلمانان جزیی از جامعه آلمان هستند كه این اظهارات هدف انتقادهای رسانه های تندرو و طیف احزاب محافظه كار بویژه دموكرات مسیحی ها و سوسیال مسیحی ها قرار گرفت كه وزیر كشور آلمان نیز عضو همین حزب است.
